Education and Behavior Consultant
Amanda Gilbertson, MA, ESE, IBA
Amanda Gilbertson is an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) and Education and Behavior Consultant with a rich background in exceptional student education. She holds a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of West Florida, along with a Postgraduate Teaching Degree in preK/Primary Education. With extensive experience, Amanda integrates practical strategies within diverse classroom settings, ensuring their effectiveness in real-world educational environments. As a teacher trained in behavior analysis, she is dedicated to empowering educators to confidently and effectively support children with diverse needs in their classrooms.

Zahra Dhaif, B.A. (Languages), RBT
Upon joining Think in 2022, Zahra discovered a deep passion for supporting children with special needs and their family members. Zahra is dedicated to helping increase her clients’ quality of life. She has assisted her clients in a variety of settings, including schools and clinics. Currently, Zahra is pursuing further education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Speech & Language Therapist
Deema Aljabal
Deema is a NHRA licensed speech-language therapist with experience in assisting motor speech rehabilitation and leading collaborative therapy approaches in university clinics to encourage social learning in toddlers and preschoolers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in speech and hearing science from Arizona State University, with a focus on language development and disorders. In her free time Deema enjoys traveling, playing musical instruments, and spending time with friends and family.

Layla Alnajjar, B.A. (English), RBT
Layla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a minor in Translation Studies. Driven by a passion for helping children, she became a Registered Behavior Technician and a certified International Behavior Therapist, dedicated to supporting those with developmental differences and behavioral challenges. Her clinical interests include language development, play and social skills, and behavior management. Witnessing positive changes in children’s and families’ lives is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.

Thawab Shehab, MSc. MA. In Linguistics, RBT
Thawab is a licensed Speech-Language Therapist and Registered Behavior Technician with extensive experience working with children with speech and communication difficulties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Jordan and a joint master’s degree in Clinical Linguistics from the University of Groningen, Netherlands. In her leisure time, Thawab enjoys traveling, photography, and voice-over work.
Senior Speech and Language Pathologist
Ghezlan Alostath
Ghezlan holds a Master’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Hampton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences from Temple University. She is a certified bilingual speech-language pathologist and a member of the teaching faculty at Kuwait University. Ghezlan has worked in various clinical settings providing diagnostic and treatment services for children and adults with speech-language, communicative, cognitive and swallowing/feeding disorders. She is passionate about stuttering awareness and providing parent training and counseling. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, padel and traveling.
Clinical Supervisor
Zahera Alanfooz MA(Ed.), BCBA, IBA, OBM
Zahera earned a scholarship for her Bachelor’s and Master of Arts degrees in Education from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She joined the Think team in 2014, progressing to Lead Therapist in 2015 and Clinical Supervisor in May 2016. Zahera became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in November 2016, as the second Bahraini to achieve this certification.
Zahera also received an International Development Grant Award (SABA) in 2021 and published a book on Neurodiversity inclusion in 2024. She also received her OBM specialist certificate in 2024. Zahera attended local and international conferences as a participant and speaker and held parent training workshops.
Zahera’s clinical interests include verbal behavior, behavior management, curriculum individualization, inclusion strategies, and evidenced based teaching procedures. She has experience in clinics, parent training in homes and the community, and designing school support programs. Improving children’s and families’ lives is her passion.
Clinical Supervisor
Dhana Soliman, MS, BCBA, IBA
Dhana earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with a passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) and their families. She has experience implementing ABA therapy in clinical, home and school settings. Her areas of interest include early intervention, ethical and evidence-based practice, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Dhana is passionate about spreading awareness and advocating for individuals with IDDs. In her free time, she enjoys trying new food, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
Clinical Supervisor
Sean Van Scott, MA, BCBA, IBA
Sean is a specialized educator in customized education, operations management, and quality assurance. He developed an interest in working with individuals with developmental disabilities after his child was diagnosed as autistic in 2019. He pursued a master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2022. Sean’s clinical areas of interest include verbal behavior, parent training, and organizational behavior management. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Bahrain with his family and playing music.
Elbert Blakely, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Elbert Blakely received a Ph.D. in 1988 from Western Michigan in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis. He has worked in the fields of developmental disabilities, mental health, behavioral pharmacology, experimental analysis of behavior, organizational behavior management, and database design. Dr. Blakely has co-authored 26 articles and one book. The articles address research questions in the experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis, conceptual issues, and behavioral pharmacology. Dr. Blakely is an Assistant Professor at Florida Tech, where he teaches courses in applied behavior analysis, radical behaviorism, and behavioral pharmacology. Also, he created and manages a database for tracking student competencies at Florida Tech.
Ansley, PhD, BCBA
Ansley received a dual Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Education and Elementary Education from Flagler College and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). Over the last twenty plus years, Ansley have accumulated a variety of clinical work experiences, including founding an ABA-based school, running an early intervention clinic, working with adults in group homes and community settings, consulting nationally and internationally, and teaching. For the last ten years, Ansley has served as Nemours Children’s Hospital’s first behavior analyst with the goal of embedding behavior analysis in a hospital setting. At Nemours, she is part of a multi-disciplinary assessment team for children with complex medical conditions and intellectual disabilities; she also leads an ABA team in providing services to children and parents. As part of her role, Ansley uses ABA in training the administrative teams, medical residents, medical students, and other medical divisions on the utility and value of our science. She is on the editorial board for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management and reviewer Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Finally, she has published over 20 articles and book chapters and secured over $5 million in grant funding.

Alexandrea Wiegand, MS, MBA, BCBA, IBA
Alexandrea “Allie” is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with children with varying abilities for 16 years. She earned two Master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Business Administration from Florida Tech. Allie provides leadership to ABA, speech, and physiotherapy programs at Think, with clinical interests in skill acquisition, caregiver training, teacher and school administration professional development, and organizational behavior management. She co-founded an inclusive CrossFit Teens program. Allie is also an advisor to the International Behavior Analysis Organization, promoting ethical practices, consumer protection, and educational standards in the ABA field globally. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, food, travel, and learning about new cultures.

Sidra Akram
Sidra is an experienced consultant and auditor with over 5 years of experience working with clients in construction, retail, manufacturing, and services industries. She holds a B.com in accounting and finance and is an affiliate of ACCA. Sidra has expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and training. She is skilled in managing and supporting clients and has experience leading audit activities for large and small-scale clients. As a senior consultant at TCA, Sidra leads a team of three consultants to deliver high-quality finance functions for clients.
Behavior Technician
Frankie Cacal, RBT, IBT
Frankie is a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 4 years of experience in working with children with developmental delay. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Education from Mariano Marcos State University and taught technical subjects to high school students in the Philippines. Prior to joining Think, he worked as a behavior therapist and shadow teacher at an inclusive Bahraini school focused on early intervention.

Chethna Thekkepat
Chethna is a Master’s degree holder from ICFAI University in India, specializing in HR & Marketing. She has experience in education, health, and hospitality sectors. She recently obtained a certification in Digital Marketing and Analytics from the Indian School of Business. As a Project Manager for an early intervention and disability management center, she has 6 years of experience working with The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Chethna is also an Asst. Professor and student mentor for both graduation and post-graduation students in India. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cooking in her spare time.
Lead Behavior Technician
Elsa Manjooran, MSC., RBT
Elsa joined Think in 2016 as a Behavior Therapist after working as a mainstream school teacher in India for 2 years. She holds a master’s degree in Communication System Engineering and became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2018. Elsa received a diploma in Child Psychology in 2022 and is currently pursuing her masters in Special Education with a focus on ABA. She works directly with students in various settings, including the center, home, and school, and is responsible for implementing programs and training caregivers/parents as per the supervisor’s design.

Amna Ahmed, MSc., BCBA, IBA
Amna, a Clinical Supervisor at Think, holds a Master’s degree in Developmental Disorders from Lancaster University. She became a BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) in 2018 after completing ABA coursework at the University of Colorado, Denver. With a focus on Early Intervention and working with young learners, Amna assesses, designs, and supervises programs. She is certified in the Early Start Denver Model curriculum and has additional interests in functional communication training and reducing challenging behavior. In 2021, Amna obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology from Birmingham City University, furthering her knowledge in early childhood and developmental psychology.

Batool Ahmed, B.Sc.PT , BCaBA, IBA
Batool, the first Bahraini to receive a BCaBA certification, holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with high honors from the University of Bahrain. After completing behavior analyst coursework through the Florida Institute of Technology, she became a BOARD-CERTIFIED ASSISTANT BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCaBA) in August 2018. Batool joined Think in 2015 and progressed from Lead Therapist to Clinical Supervisor. Her previous experience includes working with individuals of various ages and conditions during her undergraduate training in hospitals. Batool’s professional interests lie in early learners, caregiver and shadow teacher training, and managing challenging behaviors. During her free time, she enjoys shopping, playing sports games, and spending time with her family.
Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor
Nabeel Hussain
Nabeel started as an Office Assistant and Driver at Think in 2016. Now, he is the Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor. With his Mechanical Engineering degree, he maintains both indoor and outdoor facilities. Nabeel’s carpentry skills have also enhanced the center. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cycling, and raising birds.

Dilhan Weerawran
Dilhan, our Office Assistant, has been with Think since 2014. With a background in Commerce from Sri Lanka, he is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our office. In his free time, Dilhan enjoys playing cricket.
Founder
Ingy Alireza, Ed.M., BCBA
Ingy Alireza holds dual Masters in Intellectual Disability/Autism, Early Childhood Special Education and Health/Behavior Studies from Columbia University, and is a certified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She received another Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College, London. Ingy is the founder of Think Behavior and Development Center for Children and co-founder of Fit Learning London. She is also a clinical chair of Omneyat Foundation, with interests in neurodevelopmental differences, precision teaching, and cognitive/behavioral neuroscience.
Physiotherapist
Madeleine Martin
Madeleine is a part-time physiotherapist at Think in Bahrain since Nov 2016. She’s worked for 5 years in Germany with both children and adults. She specializes in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, pediatric, neuro, post-operative rehab, and Maitland mobilization. She’s trained in kinesio taping, lymphatic drainage, spinal manipulation, and medical training therapy, and Dorn therapy.

Sumitha Zachariah MSc Psychology, RBT, IBT
Sumitha holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Mahatma Gandhi University and a master’s degree in psychology from Bangalore University. Her passion for serving special kids started during her school days. Prior to joining Thinkinc, Sumitha worked as a behavior therapist at a multi-specialty medical center in Bahrain. At Think, she implements ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Her clinical interests include play, functional communication training, and reducing problematic behavior. In her free time, Sumitha enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies, and cooking.

Yas, a Counseling Psychologist and certified play therapist, has a BSc degree in Psychology. With a passion for working with children, she focuses on teaching social and life skills, bringing hope to families, and making a societal impact. Yas is also pursuing a career in ABA, holding an RBT certification. Her interests lie in play skills, social development, and problem behavior reduction. She believes in accessible treatment for every child. In her free time, Yas stays active, meditates, and indulges in reading and writing poetry.
