Meet The Founder
Ingy Alireza received a dual Masters in Intellectual Disability/Autism, Early Childhood Special Education and Health and Behavior Studies from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and full certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2006. She is a New York State certified early childhood special educator. Ingy received another Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College, London in 2021. Her clinical interests include neurodevelopmental differences, precision teaching, functional analysis of problem behavior, cognitive and behavioral neuroscience.
Ingy founded Think Behavior and Development Center for Children in Bahrain in 2013. She founded the UK affiliate of Fit Learning in 2019 in London. In 2022, Ingy founded Numuw Telehealth; an advisory and therapy delivery platform focused on child and adolescent development and mental health.

Meet The Managing and Clinical Director
Alexandrea “Allie” began working with children with varying abilities and studying behavior analysis at Florida Tech as an undergraduate. She continued to earn two Master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis (2010) and Business Administration (2017) at Florida Tech. Allie became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2010. Before joining Think, Allie worked at The Scott Center for Autism Treatment from 2009 to 2018, a university-based training, research, and clinical service program. She oversaw clinical operations, the early intensive behavioral intervention program, and staff training. She has worked in homes, schools, and the community for 16 years. Allie has also co-founded an inclusive CrossFit Teens program.
Allie currently leads our ABA, speech, and physiotherapy programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practice. Her clinical areas of interest include skill acquisition, caregiver training, teacher and school administrator professional development, and organizational behavior management. Allie is passionate about the global dissemination of behavior analysis and Neurodiversity. She is currently an advisor to the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) to ensure ethical practices, protect consumers, and educational standards in the field of ABA worldwide. In her free time, she enjoys going the gym, eating delicious food, traveling, and learning about new cultures.
