Assessments and evaluations

We provide assessments using a variety of tools individualizing the assessment process for each person to generate the most individualized and effective intervention programs. We use a variety of criterion based, behavioral, standardized and developmental tools specifically designed to understand how your child is progressing in relation to age-appropriate developmental milestones.

ABA THERAPY

ABA is the science of human behavior used to improve socially significant behavior. Surprisingly, ABA is not only used as a treatment for Autism! Today, ABA is an evidence based and highly effective treatment for behavior change of all kinds: smoking cessation, gambling, sustainability, vocational performance improvement, study habits, weight loss and fitness goals, organizational behavior, life skills/adaptive functioning, communication, literacy, seatbelt use, and so much more!

SPEECH THERAPY

We are proud to be one of the forerunners of speech and language services in Bahrain. Our licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and speech-language therapists (SLTs) offer evidence-based practice to assess, diagnose, treat and manage a vast array of speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders.

PhysioTHERAPY

Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when affected by injury, illness, developmental delay, or other conditions. Physiotherapy can also help reduce risk of injury or illness. Our physiotherapist works with individuals, as well as families and caregivers to help children, youth, and adults maximize their gross motor potential and develop independence across all environments.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT

Depending on needs we provide academic support in reading and math utilizing Direct Instruction and other ABA approaches. We also have a relationship with Fit Learning UK which is individualized academic support based on precision teaching that is delivered remotely for students who are presenting with grade level delays in reading, math and logic.

Training

We are passionate about disseminating the power of evidence based practice by providing internships, consultation, and training to individuals, families, schools, and professionals. We provide internships and training for those seeking further education or professional certification in many areas. We also provide trainings for the community.

We are driven by our goal to see progress in each child we work with.

Children come to us through recommendations from their pediatrician, school or because their parents recognize development delays or behavioral difficulties at an early age. Each child we work with is unique and receives individualized programming to meet his or her specific needs
